Games I'll play till I'm old and gray
Final Fantasy IV,V and VI
I love Final Fantasy.I haven't played any FF beyond VI, I totally go for the oldschool SNES graphics .. and I am not afraid to admit it. FF IV (FF II as a US release) was by far the most mind blowing game for me. In my youth I thought it was the veritable cats ass. No other console game had quite the depth of story... ohhhh the goodness! FF I (unreleased in the US) also had a good story, but it was the job system that did it for me. You could build any combination of classes you wanted. A fighter magician? Sure! why not!. Find yourself a SNES emulator, and a fan translation, and away you go. FF VI (III US release) is also quite good. Very similar to FF II, but much much prettier, and bigger. Although I must admit, I didn't enjoy the storyline as much.
Half Life and System Shock 2
I'm playing Half Life currently, and will probably start playing SS2 next.Halflife is a good game. Long, a workable story, an immersive world, very nicely done. A very minimal interface, "use", and "get me the big rocket launching weapon.". Very much an action game. It's a scarey game. Scary in the terror oh-my-god-that-head-crab-just-jumped-right-at-me kind of way.
Now, System Shock 2, compleatly different. A story that you know has been lovingly crafted by sick minds, an equally immersive world, but the interface is anything but minimal. This is not a game that you can just pick up and shoot the spooky alien with. This game actually has a learning curve, and you need to use your head with it to make it go. But worth it. This is a FPS role playing game. It's also scarier then half life. Scary in the horror oh-my-god-an-unspeakable-thing-is-taking-over-and-i'm-all-alone kinda way. SS2 is my FAVORITE game. Period.
Star Control Two.
For all the reasons Mr. Boone mentioned. 'nuff said.Yoshi Island
Oh the cuteness! One of the cutest games ever. EVER! Cute and FUN! HAPPY YAY FUN! FUN FUN FUN!
Quake (original)
My frist FPS, so it will always have a special place in my heart. Really only good multiplayer.Friday, April 23. 2004

It's not Perfect...
Now that I have chosen blogging software, Its time to hack CSS styles, and make it go. YAY! MAKE IT GO! As it turns out, themeing this thing isn't REALLY all that difficult. Just a tad time-consuming.
Update: I fixed the css for internet explorer. I hate 2 things:
- Table Layouts
- Internet Explorer

#subrosa KeySigning GetTogeather
Note the date change
KeyParty
Where: #13, 2323 Oakmoor Dr. S.W.
When: 7:00PM Friday 26th March, 2003
I've decided to hold a small, semi-impromptu KeySigning Party At my house Friday night (26th of March). This is my first time ever doing this, and I am something of a Crypto-newbie, so if you have any suggetions, make a comment or two. Read more for details.
- If you're coming, here is what you need to do:
- If you haven't already, generate a keypair, using Gnu Privacy Guard (gpg)
- Send your public key to a public key server
- Send me your Key-Id, and your Key Fingerprint so I can compile a list of attendees
- Actually show up on Thursday
- Sign everyones keys when you get home
- When you do come, here is what you should bring:
- Hard copy of your Key-ID and Fingerprint
- 2 Pieces of ID, at least one of them picture ID
I Don't care if you bring a computer
Unless any of the participants object (and they should by creating a comment) I don't particularly care if people bring Laptops or PDA's. (In fact, if they bring their PDA's, that would be cool, cause we could trade apps and stuff.) The important thing is that the actual Signing of the Keys is going to happen on paper.
The actual signing of the keys is gonna be pretty mello, Each person holds up their ID, Reads out their ID and fingerprint, and everyone else checks their copy of the keylist. No problem. Then we all go home and sign our respective keys. Horray.
