Hmm, I wonder if the concern is that Google intends to make genetic information searchable by the public without consent from those whose genetic information was sequenced.

For instance, I sign on and send some cells to someone who is working on some disease research, if Google somehow gets that genetic info from my cells and publishes it, are my rights being breached?

Since I'm really unclear what the objection is, I have no idea whether that's the issue at stake, but it's the only thing I can think of other than big pharma ebilness.
