Song Sketch: (podcast) Make It Stop

Just a sketch for now. The full song will be up-coming. I still need to record another vocal from Shell, and the grungy/bassy/whistly pad thing needs some work.

Hard, kick you in the ass, killing puppies dark jungle. This is another track that was co-produced by Shell (like Rhyme ) and it shows.

Shell got the idea after a fun little Harmony-on-the-mic session. At first it was just her on the mic, but then I started playing around with funky effects. Eventually it got to a point where I was giivng her voice a chorus, echo and finally a reverb, and it sounded possitively **spooky** (this is where I wish there was some kind of css rule "font-shiver: spooky").

The voice is definately spooky. I felt as though I was missing some kind of ultra low bass line to go with the whistling...but that could be my crappy-ass speakers and I didn't feel that I had hear all the parts until midway through and I felt like I was missing something. But this is a rough sketch- I know you'll tweek it just so and drive Rocky into crazy oblivion with dancing. :>

Yeah, definately a first draft. We have some more voice samples to record and need to make the bass heavier.

We're also thinking about funking up the breakbeat. It's gonna kick some ass when it's done.
